Digital Product Policy Overview

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered (i.e., downloaded or accessed), except in specific cases outlined below.

Damaged Files or Access Issues

Please inspect your digital product immediately upon receiving access. If you are unable to download or access the file, or if the file is corrupted, please contact us at digistoorm@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll be happy to assist and ensure you receive the correct, functioning product.

Exceptions – Eligible Refund Cases

We may offer a refund in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same item.

• The digital product cannot be accessed or downloaded due to a technical issue on our side.

• The file is corrupted, and a replacement cannot be provided.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you suspect that your account or payment method was used without your permission, please contact us and your payment provider immediately. Refunds for unauthorized purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your digital order within 14 days of purchase before downloading or accessing the product. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, this right is voided under EU law.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund on your account.
